| The Council |
The business affairs and management of the Association are managed by the Council of the Association.
The Council shall consist of not more than twenty-one elected members. |

| Officers of the Association |
| The Officers of the Association consist of a President, four Vice Presidents, an Hon Secretary - Administration, an Hon Secretary - Racing and an Hon Treasurer. Each Officer must be a Council Member of the Association and may only hold office from the first Council Meeting to be held immediately after the Annual General Meeting in any one year until the next Annual General Meeting of the Association. |
